Arctic Paper S.A. has signed an agreement to acquire a solar park near Warsaw, Poland, with a capacity of 4 MW. This acquisition marks a shift in the company’s approach, as it previously developed solar parks on its own properties. With the new addition, Arctic Paper's total installed photovoltaic (PV) capacity reaches 23 MW across four installations in Sweden and Poland. The energy produced at the Garwolin facility will be sold outside the Arctic Group. CEO Michal Jarczyński stated that this move aligns with the company's strategy to accelerate investments in the energy sector.
